Is FlyAnywhere available for all destinations?
Yes. FlyAnywhere works for any airline and any destination as long as you’ve paid in cash and submitted a valid flight receipt. It gives you complete freedom over how and where you travel.
How long is the 2¢/mile rate available?
The 2¢ per Max Mile rate is available for a limited time until 7 July 2025. While this is a limited-time offer, we’re planning more value-boosting opportunities like this as we grow the program.
When do the new changes take effect?
The changes to the Max Miles redemption program take effect on 7 April 2025 at 9:00 AM (SGT). A 14-day period will run through 20 April 2025 23:59, during which you can still redeem from 1k Max Miles across all partner programs.
Will my current miles be affected?
No, your Max Miles are not affected. They never expire, and you can continue to redeem them under the updated program terms. There’s no devaluation of Max Miles and no plans to devalue.
What happens if I have a redemption already in progress?
Any redemptions submitted before the changes take effect will be processed as usual. You don’t need to take any action unless our team reaches out for additional information.
