  • Why are direct point transfers on pause?

Direct points transfers are temporarily paused as we upgrade our systems and rebuild for stronger, faster integrations. We’ll begin restoring direct transfers and near-instant redemptions gradually as new partners come onboard. In the meantime, redemptions will be processed as cash reimbursements within 3–5 business days.

  • Will direct points transfers come back?

Yes, we’re actively working to reintroduce direct transfers through new and improved partnerships with airlines and hotels. Our goal is to make redemptions faster, simpler, and more rewarding over time.

  • How do cash reimbursements work?

For eligible redemption types (like FlyAnywhere or Accor stays), you’ll submit your booking confirmation or post-stay invoice, and we’ll process your redemption as a PayNow cash reimbursement, typically within 1-3 business days.

  • Is it safe to provide receipts or proof of purchase for reimbursement?

Yes, your information is secure. We only use receipts and booking confirmations to verify your redemption request. They are never shared externally or stored beyond what’s needed to complete the transaction.

  • How long do reimbursements take?

It currently takes approximately 3-5 business days. We're working to bring back direct transfers and improve speed even further.

  • What if I already submitted a redemption through direct transfer?

If your redemption was submitted before the change, we’ll do our best to process it as planned. In cases where that’s not possible, our team will reach out to help you find an alternative solution.
