Once you've created your vacancy portal you can shortlist candidates in two different ways.
Via the 'Candidates' tab in Bullhorn, found in the burger menu on the top-right.
Using the 'Add Applicants' button inside your vacancy portal which you'll find within the top right-hand toolbar, as shown circled in the image below.

Adding Candidates from Inside the Vacancy Portal
When you select 'Add Applicants' as described above, a dropdown list will show all the candidates you have saved in Bullhorn. Simply scroll to find the candidates you want to add or start typing their names to search for them.
Once you've found and selected all the candidates you want to add to your portal, hit the 'ADD APPLICANTS' button. Your vacancy portal will then be populated with the candidates selected.
