Creating a vacancy portal in AssistCV is quick and easy. Once you have AssistCV enabled, you can create a digital candidate shortlist in just a couple of clicks from inside a vacancy. Whether it's for an existing vacancy you have, or you've created a new one, you'll now see a tab called 'AssistCV', shown below, which you simply click on to get started.
Once you're inside the vacancy portal, you'll see that the title of the vacancy and the internal job description will have been pulled through automatically from Bullhorn. These fields are editable within AssistCV by clicking on each box. Updates to these fields will only be applied to your AssistCV portal and will not be synced back to Bullhorn.
Any shortlisted candidates against your vacancy will also have been automatically pulled through unless you haven't completed this step yet. If not, you have the option of adding candidates from inside the vacancy portal, which you can learn about here >>
