Candidate and job submission custom fields from Bullhorn can be used inside a vacancy portal, allowing you to show more relevant information based on the roles you're hiring for.
By default, custom field data will not be included on a vacancy portal. But it's quick and easy to turn these on. Go to the 'Settings' tab from the dashboard menu. Then scroll to find the relevant section and toggle to enable the field(s) you want to show to your Hiring Manager(s).
Once enabled, the field information will appear on your candidate's profile underneath the information on the left-hand side of the view, as shown below. To see this yourself, go to ‘Preview’ or the ‘Hiring Manager View’.
Note: Only fields that have been made available for selection by Admin users will be available for you to choose from. If there are fields you want to choose that aren't available, speak to your Admin user or find out more here >>
