Users have access to valuable hiring data, including engagement stats and candidate views. This data allows you to follow up with data-led advice at exactly the right time, cementing the added value you’re offering to your clients.
To access this data, click on 'Analytics' from the menu on the left-hand side of your vacancy portal. You'll then be presented with an analytics dashboard which gives you a total count for the following:
total portals views
interview requests
callback requests
profile views
profile time
Underneath this activity, you'll see an interactive graph showing how many views, chat messages, interview and callback requests your vacancy portal has had. You can view these stats all together or you can filter by excluding the options above the graph, as shown below. For added detail, hover over the data points on the graph to see daily stats.
Scroll further down to see the Hiring Manager Access Log. The first shows all the Hiring Managers that have accessed your vacancy portal and the log shows when.
