Admin Dashboard Overview

Your introduction to the Admin Dashboard, including what's managed here.

Written by Anna Andreocci

The Admin Dashboard is where Administrators manage branding, template creation (including AI tags), licenses, user permissions and billing.

While standard users can make changes on a portal-by-portal basis from the 'Settings' tab (More on that here >>), the Admin Dashboard is also where the default AssistCV settings that are applied at a company-wide level are set.

Finally, if you'd like to set up your own email domain, this is also where that's done.

You can access the Admin Dashboard using the button below. We recommend you bookmark the page for ease of access in future.

Analytics

On the Dashboard home page, you’ll see brand-level analytics, giving you an overview of your agency's vacancy and candidate submissions activity.

The download stats in the black bar at the top show a combined total of all profile downloads that have been done from a vacancy or candidate portal.

Below that there's a breakdown of your vacancy and candidate stats.

The numbers in the coloured heading bars relate to your consultants' activity. Under that, you'll see a cumulative view of Hiring Manager engagement.

If you have multiple brands set up, click ‘Switch Brand’ on the top right to change the view from one to another.

Dashboard Menu

You'll find the Dashboard menu in the left-hand panel. It comprises the following options, which are covered in more detail in separate articles, linked below.

  • Branding: set up your brand profile(s) including logo, colour and CV downloads >>

  • Templates: set up and manage your CV templates >>

  • Settings: configure your account settings >>

  • License & User Management: assign users, roles and manage billing >>

  • Email Domains: manage email domains >>
