If one of the earbuds isn't charging properly after being connected to power, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Check the USB-C charging cable and power adapter for any damage or fault. When connected to power, the charging case indicator light should turn on.
Put the earbud back into the charging case, and the corresponding indicator light should turn on when it is properly seated.
When charging normally, the indicator light on the corresponding side will turn on when the earphones are placed in the charging case.
If the indicator light doesn't respond after you put the earbud back, check the charging contacts on the earbud stem and inside the charging case for any dirt. Clean the contacts with a tissue and try charging again.
