Connection Battery Pop-up
When your earphones first connect to the viaim App, the battery levels for the left earbud, right earbud, and the charging case will appear at the top of the screen.
Please note that this notification will automatically disappear after 1 to 2 seconds.
Quick Check
After connecting your earbuds to the viaim App, you can check the approximate battery level by looking at the battery icon in the top left corner of the Record page.
Detailed Status
For the exact battery percentage of your left and right earbuds, tap the earbuds icon in the top left corner of the Record page to enter the Earbuds Settings page.
Please note: With this method, you can only check the weight of the two earphones, but not the specific battery level of the charging case.
We will update the page later to allow viewing the battery level of the charging dock in this state.
