Why can the earbuds connect to Bluetooth but not to the viaim App?

If the earbuds are connected to your phone via Bluetooth but not showing in the viaim App:

First, try closing the App, waiting for 3 seconds, and then reopening it to allow the earbuds to reconnect. If it doesn’t work the first time, you can try a few more times.

​If the earbuds still cannot connect to the viaim App, go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and forget or unpair the earbuds.

Then place them back into the charging case, close the lid, and wait at least 10 seconds. Open the lid, long-press the multifunction button on the back of the case to enter pairing mode, and try reconnecting.
