How to Find Your Earbuds Using the viaim App?

If you canโ€™t locate your earbuds, the viaim App provides a built-in Find Earbuds feature to help you locate them by playing a sound.

Before You Start:

  • Make sure your earbuds are powered on.

  • Ensure the earbuds are connected to the viaim App via Bluetooth.

  • This feature only works when the earbuds are currently connected to the app.

  • If the earbuds are disconnected, try checking the last known location where you used them.



How to Find Your Earbuds

After connecting your earphones to the viaim App, tap the earbuds icon in the top left corner to enter the Earbuds Settings page.

Then, tap the Find Device button to locate your earphones by making them play a sound.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: You can play the sound for each earbud separately to locate them individually.

When the Find Feature Is Not Available

  • If the earbuds are disconnected from the viaim App, the Find feature cannot be used.

  • The app cannot locate earbuds that are powered off, out of battery, or out of Bluetooth range.

  • If the earbuds are disconnected, consider checking the last known location or using Bluetooth settings to determine if they are nearby.



How to Purchase Replacement Earbuds or Charging Case

If you have lost an earbud or your charging case and would like to purchase a replacement, please note that purchase links vary by region and platform.

Contact the customer service of the store where you originally purchased your device to receive the correct purchase link.
