Why Do My Left and Right Earbuds Have Different Battery Levels?

Written by Misaki

It’s normal to see a difference in battery levels between the left and right earbuds. This often happens because the primary earbud handles more tasks—such as maintaining the connection with your phone and managing data transmission—resulting in faster power consumption.

Additionally, frequently using only one earbud or consistently wearing the same side can accelerate battery wear on that earbud.

If you often use a single earbud, try alternating between the left and right sides to balance battery usage and reduce long-term wear.

If the battery difference between the two earbuds consistently exceeds 20%, please feel free to contact our support team. We’ll be happy to assist with further troubleshooting.
