If the earbud volume can't be adjusted or if the left and right earbuds have different volumes, please follow these steps:
Adjust the volume on your device:
For iPhone users: Go to "Settings" > "Accessibility" > "Audio/Visual" > "Balance", and slide left or right to adjust the volume.
For Android users: Go to "Settings" > "Bluetooth" > "Paired bluetooth devices" > "Absolute volume" for adjustment.
Clean the earbud speakers and vents:
Blocked vents can affect sound quality, wearing comfort, and microphone performance, potentially causing sound distortion or muffling due to air pressure imbalances;
A blocked speaker can obstruct sound transmission, leading to audio loss or distortion;
Use a small tool to gently remove any dust or debris from the speakers and vents. Then, gently wipe them with a clean soft cloth or cotton swab slightly dipped in medical-grade alcohol. Be careful not to use too much alcohol in case it seeps into the earbuds. Make sure to wipe them dry thoroughly after cleaning, then reconnect and check if the issue is resolved.
If the issue persists, put the earbuds back into the charging case to reset them. Then, reconnect and check if the volume imbalance is fixed.
