SA-03: What does it mean? Why am I seeing it?

There are two reasons why you would see this banner appear within your app.

  1. The job was already dispatched to another company

  2. The operator that was selected has moved locations and their ETA is now different than it was when you initially selected that operator

We understand the confusion that this may cause and are currently working on fixing this so that the messaging within the app provides you with the right information.

If you have questions about whether or not your app is working, you'll first want to make sure that your operator is fully set up. This means that they are listed as 100% active

If they are listed at 100% and you are still unsure whether or not the app is properly set up to receive job alerts, you can send the app a test notification.

If you have further questions about whether or not the app is properly functioning check out this article if you are an iPhone user, or this article if you are an Android user
