Attend your nearest emergency department or dial 000 for an ambulance if you experience:
Chest pain or shortness of breath
Severe headaches
Swelling of the lips, tongue, mouth or throat
Urgent medical attention should be sought if you experience:
Significant anxiety or other concerning mental health symptoms
Injection-site irritation that becomes increasingly red, swollen, painful or hot, or develops discharge

2. Book a Consultation if Needed
If you are unsure what to do or your symptoms are not improving, book a Telehealth consultation with your prescribing doctor or a nurse through your portal.
When booking, please include details of your symptoms and concerns. This helps your doctor or nurse prepare for the consultation and ensures you can make the most of your appointment.
