Hormn is a fully private clinic. We do not accept Medicare, do not offer payment plans, and do not bill private health insurance. All services and medications are billed directly to you.

1. Subscription Fee (Billed by Hormn)

  • Covers: unlimited consultations, support, treatment reviews, and portal access.

  • Billed monthly to your credit or debit card.

  • One subscription per treatment.

  • Cancel anytime via your account portal.

  • No payment plans. No Medicare rebates. No insurance claims.

2. Medication Orders (Billed via ScriptMate)

  • When you order medication, payment is taken securely through ScriptMate, which disperses funds to your chosen partner pharmacy.

  • Payment is made by credit or debit card at checkout.

  • No recurring charges—each order is processed separately.

  • Medications are not covered by Medicare or private insurance.

All services at Hormn are billed transparently and privately, with no third-party reimbursements.
