The Save to Outlook feature is available when adding in a Medical Certificate to the system.
When selected, this feature will download an Outlook Calendar Entry, which when opened will display an appointment entry for your calendar in Outlook. This entry can be sent to any relevant recipients and saved as required.
NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN I SELECT SAVE TO OUTLOOK?
If the Appointment doesn't download after selecting the Save to Outlook feature as seen above, it may be because your Pop-Up's are blocked in your Internet Browser. This will stop the Calendar Invite from downloading.
To check this in Google Chrome, go to settings by selecting the three dots to the top right of your screen, then selecting settings.
From here, scroll to the below and select Advanced, then under Privacy and Security select Content Settings.
On the next page, you'll see an option for Pop-ups and redirects, please select that. Here, you'll need to add app.solv.com.au under the Allow section.
Once you've updated your settings as described above, try again and the Calendar Entry should download without issue.
