EMAIL ATTACHMENTS TO INJURY

We have functionality that allows you to email attachments for an individual injury or claim directly into the system, to be filed away.

Simply send an email to inbox@solv.com.au with your files attached, ensuring that the Unique ID is listed in round brackets in the subject line, as seen below:

You can only send in attachments for one Solv record at a time

Once the email has been sent, go to the mega menu and under the 'Workflows' heading, then click on 'Inbox';

From here, you will be able to see a list of emails (for injuries you have access to) sent to the inbox@solv email address. Please note that emails will take a few minutes to appear once sent.


FILE ATTACHMENT

To review and file away attachments against an email, click on the row and you'll be taken to the below page:

Under the Attachments tab, you can click on the attachment name to view a preview in the 'Attachment Preview' panel. You can also download a copy of the attachment, rename the attachment file, or delete the attachment using the icons to the right of the file name.

To file the attachment, select the check box to the right of the attachment name, and then using the 'File As' drop down, choose where the attachment needs to be filed i.e. (Medical Certificate, RTW Plan, Claim Documents etc). Note that multiple attachments can be added to one record.

Once you select the Category, if that Category has existing items, then a pop-up box will appear (as shown below) giving you the option to either 'Attach' to an existing record, or 'Add' to create a new record.

If an existing record does not exist, you will be taken to a new page where you can add the relevant record directly into the system.

Once you have attached the attachment to a record, you will be taken back to the previous page to review any further details. Use the breadcrumb trail located at the top right of the page to return to the Inbox page to continue filing attachments as required.


DISCARD OR DELETE EMAILS SENT TO THE INBOX

If you no longer need an e-mail sent to the Inbox, you can use the 'Discard Email' option which will delete the email and its attachments from needing to be filed.

Alternatively, you can 'Send to Notes' to push that email into the Notes page of that record.

To access these options, click on the arrow next to the Edit button in the top right corner, as shown below:
