New Features and Enhancements

We are officially moving into the second stage of our efficiency project. This phase focuses entirely on making your daily work life easier. You can expect much faster user flows and more logical ways to get things done.

These updates will roll out over the next few months to help you manage claims and injuries with a lot less admin work.

Workplace Path on Summary Page

Do you have many Workplaces with the same name, and cannot tell which Policy Workplace path a record has been allocated to? The Workplace path is now included on the Summary page to make it much easier to quickly see where a record sits on your path.

If the whole path doesn't show in the area, hover over this with your cursor, and you will see more details.


Rehab Report & Medical Report | Provider Field

The Provider field on the Rehab Report and Medical Report pages is no longer mandatory.


Payment Approvals | Selected Records

For Self Insurance Payments, and when using Other Payment Approvals and/or Weekly Payment Approvals, some improvements have been made to how the approval process works.

When approving Payments on the various Payment Approvals pages, if multiple payments have been selected and some return errors but others do not, the payments that do not return errors (and are not linked to a claim that returns any errors) are approved successfully.

Select All will only select records on the page, this ensures users know what records have been selected for approval.

These changes match the improved behaviour on the Compensation Approvals page.

VIC Claim Form Update

The latest version of the VIC Employee Claim Form has been updated.


VIC Self Insurance | Language List

The Language field on the VIC Claim Data page has been updated in display order to match the list in the VIC Specifications.

The display order has been updated. Previously selected values have not changed.


Default RTW Plans

For accounts with multiple RTW Plan Templates, we now have the ability to set a default RTW Plan Template for each account. Account key contacts can reach out to our support team via the in-system widget if you need your default template updated.

RTW Plan Task links will link to the default template. The Injury Summary page quick key 'R' will load the default template.


Bug Fixes

Weekly Alerts Timeouts

Before: The Weekly Alerts emails process was timing out in certain accounts.

After: Bug fixed.


Auto-Close Timeouts

Before: The Auto-close injury process was timing out in certain accounts.

After: Bug fixed.


Console Errors for Attachments

Before: There were some console errors occurring when previewing attachments in the system.

After: Bug fixed.
