How can I manage my subscription?

Manage your subscription by clicking the Profile button located in the top right corner of the navigation menu.

From there, select ‘Profile & Subscriptions’ and then click on ‘Manage Plan.’

Please note that you can only change your subscription on the platform where you initially purchased it. For example, if you initiated your subscription using Hypernatural on a web browser (e.g., Chrome or Safari), you need to manage your subscription using a web browser.

Your subscription will remain available across both web browsers and mobile apps—just be sure to log in using the same email address!

How many credits are included in each plan?

The free plan includes a one-time deposit of 100 credits. Once those credits are used, a paid plan is required to continue generating content with Hypernatural.

A monthly or annual credit allotment is included with our paid plans. See details on our Pricing page. Unused credits will roll over to the following month.

Credits are added to your account when your subscription renews. You can always view your credit balance from the navigation bar at app.hypernatural.ai.

What are transcription hours?

Transcription hours represent the total amount of video or audio content that you can convert into text using Hypernatural. Our plans come with a monthly limit on transcription hours. For more details, please visit our Pricing page.

You can track your transcription hours by clicking the credit counter icon in the top navigation bar at app.hypernatural.ai. You will then see the following page with your transcription hours.

What’s the difference between a monthly and annual plan?

With a monthly plan, you are charged each month and receive your plan's allotted credits on a monthly basis. With an annual plan, you are billed the lump sum amount at a discounted rate once a year and receive all credits for that year upfront.

Can I get a free trial of a paid plan?

We do not offer free trials of our paid subscription plans but you can sign up for a Free Plan today for a one-time deposit of 100 credits and access to basic features. For more details on our plans, see our Pricing page.

What’s included in the Free plan?

The Free plan includes 100 credits, which is enough to make 3-5 one-minute-long videos, depending on which settings you use. The credits do not renew. The credits can be used at any time and do not expire. It also includes basic features and allows you to create videos with some limitations. This plan is a fantastic way to explore Hypernatural and see if the paid options are right for you!

What payment methods are available?

Hypernatural uses Stripe as our third-party billing provider, which offers a range of payment methods. To purchase a subscription, you can choose from any of the following:

  • Credit card

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Link

You can also subscribe to Hypernatural via the Apple Store or Google Play store, and leverage their payment options.

Can I get a refund for a subscription that automatically renewed?

Hypernatural does not offer refunds.

Hypernatural subscriptions will automatically renew until canceled, as stated at the time of purchase. If you wish to stop your subscription from auto-renewing, please cancel it one day before your renewal date.
