Understand and Manage Subscription Plan

Everything you need to know about our subscription plans!

How can I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription from your account settings.

  1. Click the Profile button in the top-right corner of the navigation menu.

  2. Select Profile & Subscriptions.

  3. Click Manage Plan.

Please note that you can only change your subscription on the platform where you originally purchased it.

For example:

  • If you subscribed on web (Chrome, Safari, etc.), you must manage your plan on the web.

  • If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must manage your subscription there.

Your subscription works across web and mobile, as long as you log in with the same email address.


Free Plan Overview

The Free plan lets you create videos using Stock Mode.

Free plan limits:

  • Videos up to 30 seconds

  • Stock images only

  • Non-premium voiceover

  • Export directly to social platforms only

These videos do not require credits. This is a great way to quickly create:

  • short social clips

  • quick explainers

  • simple marketing videos

To unlock longer videos, premium narration, and custom visuals, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan.


Paid Plans and Credits

Paid subscription plans include a monthly or annual credit allotment. Credits are used when generating:

  • custom visuals

  • premium narration

  • longer videos

  • advanced generation features

Credits are added to your account when your subscription renews. You can view your current credit balance at any time in the navigation bar on the app. Unused credits roll over and do not expire.

What happens to my credits if I upgrade my plan?

When you upgrade your plan, you receive pro-rated credits for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Example:

If you upgrade from Pro → Ultimate, you receive the difference in credits for the rest of the month.You are charged only the price difference. At your next renewal date:

  • You will be charged the full price of the new plan

  • You will receive the full credit allotment for that plan


Monthly vs Annual Plans

Monthly Plan

  • Billed once per month

  • Credits are added monthly

Annual Plan

  • Billed once per year at a discounted rate

  • You receive the full year's credits upfront

Annual plans offer the best value if you plan to create videos regularly.


Payment Methods

Hypernatural uses Stripe as our billing provider.

You can subscribe using:

  • Credit card

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Link

You can also subscribe through:

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play Store

Available payment options may vary by platform.


Refund Policy

Hypernatural subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Refunds are generally not issued for subscription payments, except where required by law or outlined in our Terms of Service.

If you wish to stop your subscription from renewing, cancel it at least one day before your renewal date.

Unused subscription time or credits are not refundable.
