Setting Up Caller ID

If your campaign or organization is intending to make calls, a caller ID is a required step. Targets will see the number that you input as you call them. We typically recommend creating a Google Voice number or using a campaign line as your Caller ID. To verify the number, an individual must be able to answer the verification call.

Caller ID is set up from the Settings tab of a Call Survey.

Removing a Caller ID Number

If you would like to remove a caller ID from your organization, simply navigate to the Add Caller ID menu within the Survey Builder and select the trash can icon next to the phone number. This will also remove the caller ID number from any active surveys, so you will need to replace the assigned caller ID on each of those surveys to continue making calls.

NOTE: Any caller ID number that has been previously verified in the Portal will be unavailable for use unless backed out by a member of the i360 team. Please reach out to support@i-360.com if you need to use a caller ID number that has already been verified and removed.
