Make a Volunteer Active/Inactive

If an individual has left your organization or has mistakenly been given volunteer access, the easiest way to disable access is to make their account inactive.

This process happens from Contacts > Management. Filter by Contact Type > Volunteer or search for an individual to review volunteer in the organization.

Check the box next to the individual(s) that you want to de-activate. Refer to the bottom action bar to select Make > Inactive Volunteer. You can also update their user status from this tab. A notification will appear to confirm that the volunteer active status has changed.

Double-click into their profile to check that the status above their name has updated.

You may also complete this process from their contact profile by following the same steps (Make > Inactive Volunteer).
