As the number of users grows within your organization, you have the ability to bulk-assign permissions to them from Contacts > Management.
Assign Permissions in Bulk
Head to Contacts > Management and refer to the 'Filter by' tab to select 'Contact Type'. Check the box next to 'User' to pull up all volunteers in your organization.
To assign permissions to all users in the organization, navigate straight to 'Add > Add User Permissions'. If you only want to select a handful of users, check the boxes next to their names then follow the same steps. 'Add' is available from the bottom action bar.
A sidebar will appear to display all available user permissions. Select each permission or 'Add All permissions for the user' to select all. Click 'Save' to push all selected permissions to users.
Remove Permissions
Follow the same steps to navigate to only users. From the 'Add' option the bottom action bar, select Remove User Permissions and select individual permissions to remove. Once you've 'Saved', those permissions will be unavailable to the users.
