Make a User Active/Inactive

If an individual has left your organization or has mistakenly been given user access, the easiest way to disable access is to make their account inactive.

This process happens from Contacts > Management. Filter by Contact Type > Users or search for an individual to review users in the organization.

Check the box next to the individual(s) that you want to de-activate. Refer to the bottom action bar to select Make > Inactive User. You can also update their volunteer status from this tab. A notification will appear to confirm that the user active status has changed.

Double-click into their profile to see the status above their name has updated.

You may also complete this process from their contact profile by following the same steps (Make > Inactive User).
