Billing Report Admin is designed to give you an overview of any exported files, texts sent, and calls made over a period of time. The Billing Report is not the same as the Billing Platform. Please find the 'Billing' tab under your initials to make changes to your subscription.
To access the Billing Report Admin, hover over Admin from the menu and select Billing Report Admin.
Available Tabs
Export
The Export tab of the Billing Report will display all exports within a specified date range. To adjust the date range, refer to the dates at the top of the screen and select 'Apply' after making changes. To add or remove any additional columns, select the three dots at the top right and click on a check box. Download the lists from the bottom right by clicking 'Download'. This is most helpful for per-record organizations, to keep track of your monthly costs in your organization.
All Text
The All Text tab will outline any incoming or outgoing text messages that were sent within the database. All columns are selected by default, but you may use the three dots in the top right to remove any columns.
Survey Calls
The Survey Calls tab will display calling activity made on the i360 Call app or callingfromhome.com. Calls are billed per-minute. For more information on which volunteers were making the calls, download the survey response report.
CRM Calls
Calls made through Contacts > Management will appear on this tab. For organizations with an Enterprise structure, you'll be able to view minutes in the parent and child orgs. This tab will outline any incoming or outgoing call minutes.
CRM Emails
Emails made through Contacts > Management will appear on this tab.
Email Broadcast
Any emails made through our Email Broadcast Add On will appear on this tab.
