Clients with an existing WinRed account can contact their i360 account manager for information on setting up an integration. This add-on allows customers to search through their WinRed campaigns and donations in Contacts Management, Basic Search, and Advanced Search.
Access to this feature is enabled through the permission for Search: Category: Donations and Exports: Donation Fields.
Donations in Search
Basic Search
Navigate to Search > Basic (or Advanced) to view the 'Donations' tab in the left sidebar.
This tab displays a section to pull data directly from WinRed, or data from your i360 Action Site that can also be integrated with WinRed. For customers without an action site, you will only need to interact with the following options:
Date Range: Time period between when a donation was made
Initiative: The Campaign/Initiative on which a contact has made their donation
Donation Amount: The single dollar amount given as donation
Total Amount Given: The total dollar amount given as donation
Recurring Donor: If the contact has a recurring donation set up, click the check box to see those individuals
Frequency of recurring donation: The frequency at which an individual is donating
Action Site Integration
If your i360 action site is integrated with WinRed, you'll be able to retrieve specific actions from the 'Include' and 'Exclude' sections. Select the site associated with your i360 database, as well as the Page Title. You can add in a date range, dollar amount, and recurrence for each page title as well. Use the 'Any/All' toggle to change the logic of your pull.
Advanced Search
Should you want to create an Advanced Search using the donation tab, navigate to Search > Advanced, or select the multi-person icon in the top right of Search (if already in Basic Search).
Options are available in 'Donations' and offer the same options as above in the Basic Search section.
Donations in Contacts Management
A 'Donations' tab option will also be available in Contacts > Management. Navigate to that page and see the option at the bottom of the left sidebar to filter. The options are the same as what is available in Search. Pulling 'Donations' in Contacts Management allows you to see a list view of individuals that fit within your donor searches.
Export Donation Fields
Once you've saved a list in Search or Contacts Management, you can export it to a .csv file. This list will not include donation fields by default, but they can be easily added under 'Fields to Include'.
Export fields that are available include:
Total Donations
All Donations
Donation Pages (by name)
The steps to export Donation data are as follows:
Save > Export
On Export Page, select 'Add Fields'
In the slide out panel, select 'Donations' in the sidebar
Select all relevant Donation options for your export
Select the blue 'Add Fields' option to save
Select 'Place Order'
