The Project Menu in TobeXR allows you to select and load your XR Views with BIM and timeline data.
Follow these steps to get started:
1. Select a Tenant
Use the Tenants dropdown to choose the tenant you want to work in. This filters the projects available to you.
2. View Available Projects
Once a tenant is selected, you’ll see a list of projects you have access to in that tenant. Each project is displayed as a folder containing all XR Views published from that project.
3. Open a Project Folder
Click on a folder to expand it and view the available XR Views.
4. Select an XR View
Choose an XR View to proceed. You’ll be taken to a screen showing:
A list of available BIM models
Any associated timeline data (if applicable)
5. Download Data
Select the BIMs and/or timeline data you want to download, then press Download Selected.
6. Configure BIM Properties
Once BIMs are downloaded:
Toggle Properties on/off for each BIM
Use the “Enable Properties” button to apply settings across all selected BIMs
7. Load the XR View
After selecting your BIMs and timeline data, press the Proceed button to load the XR View with your current configuration.
