Project Loading Screen
The new project loading screen is designed to speed up the loading of projects by delaying rendering the scene and enabling all features until the project has finished loading.
This means that when you open a project, you may see a loading screen for a short period of time before the project fully loads. This is normal and is a sign that the project is being loaded in a more efficient manner.
A user can choose to click "continue" and enter the scene before it has finished loading. This may be useful if you wish to interact with some elements of the project before all the BIMs have finished loading. However, it is generally recommended to wait for the project to load entirely before beginning to interact.
By waiting for the project to fully load, you will ensure that all features, including BIM terrain cutting and 4D BIM Linked features, are available for use. These features are disabled until after the project has finished loading.
Additionally, you will not be able to edit BIM links or use the TSV system until the project has finished loading. This is to ensure that all elements of the project are properly loaded and ready for use.
