Clocking-in & Out of a Shift

This article explains how employees clock in and out of shifts in Imploy, and how the system records time and compliance data.

Clocking-in

Clocking in starts the official record of a shift. Employees must be assigned to a shift before they can clock in.

To clock in, open the Imploy app and sign in. On the dashboard view, locate the shift you are needing to clock-in to, and select client's card. A popup will appear, showing you the shift details, including:

  • Client

  • Shift type

  • Duration

  • Address

  • Option to view the clients full profile

  • Option to view previous shift notes with the client

At the bottom of the popup, a slide will be show, with the ability to 'Slide to clock-in' - once this has been completed, the shift will now be active.

Clocking-out

The clock-out process is the same as above, except you will need to slide the opposite way to 'Slide to check-out'

Once that step is completed, the final check-out screen will appear, allowing input of final notes, travel claims / reimbursements, and reporting any incidents if applicable.
