A new Scheduler filter lets you view shifts by clock-in and clock-out status, making it easy to find incomplete, in-progress, or completed shifts.

We’ve added a new filter to the Scheduler that makes it easier to see the current state of shifts at a glance, without opening each one individually.

This update is designed for admins and coordinators who need to quickly identify which shifts are progressing as expected and which ones need follow-up.

What’s changed

The Scheduler now includes filters based on clock-in and clock-out status. You can instantly narrow the roster to show:

  • Shifts that have not been clocked in

  • Shifts that are clocked in but not clocked out

  • Shifts that are incomplete in any way

  • Shifts that are fully completed

These filters work alongside your existing roster filters, so you can combine them with client, staff, date, or service filters to pinpoint exactly what you’re looking for.

This makes it much faster to spot missed clock-ins, identify shifts still in progress, and confirm that completed shifts are properly finalised.
