We’ve added a brand-new Shift Analytics report to help you understand what’s actually happening across your roster, without digging through individual shifts.

This report is designed to answer the questions that usually come up in reviews, planning sessions, or “something feels off” moments. How much care was delivered, where it went, and what might need attention.

What it does

Shift Analytics gives you a clear overview of service delivery for any period. You can quickly see how many shifts were delivered, how many total service hours were completed, which shift types appear most often, and which clients are receiving the most coverage.

It also surfaces the things that tend to get missed. Vacant shifts, cancelled shifts, and incomplete shifts where clock-ins or clock-outs are missing are all easy to spot.

How it works

You can select a time range such as this week, last week, this month, last month, the last three months, or set a custom range. From there, filters let you narrow the view by shift type, staff member, or client.

Additional filters allow you to focus specifically on vacant or cancelled shifts, as well as clock-in status, including not clocked-in, not clocked-out, incomplete, or completed shifts.

The report combines visual charts for quick understanding with a detailed shift list for accuracy and follow-up. Everything can be exported to CSV if you need to share it or analyse it further outside Imploy.

Cancelled shifts are hidden by default, so they don’t clutter the view unless you explicitly choose to include or view them on their own.

This report is built to give you confidence in your service delivery data, whether you’re reviewing performance, checking compliance, or planning ahead.
