Find submissions
Open Form Submissions.
Use Search to match:
Form Name
Submitter Name
Submitter Email
Form ID and submission ID
Use filters:
Form Name
Submitted By
Submitted Date
The table also supports sorting, including Submitted At and Updated At.
Open a submission
Select a row to open it.
Depending on the view preference, submissions can open:
In a modal view
In a fullscreen view
Fullscreen view
In fullscreen view you can:
View submission information including Submitted By, Submitted At, and Status
Switch between steps using step tabs
Navigate with Previous and Next
Select Download as PDF to download the submission
Switch back to modal view using the control labelled Use modal view
Troubleshooting
A submission does not open
Try again from the list. If the submission cannot be loaded, the app may fail silently.
PDF download fails
You may see “Failed to generate PDF”. Try again.
