Before you start
The form must be live. If the form is not live, internal use is blocked because there is no live share link to submit against.
How to use it
Open Forms.
Find the form you want to use.
Open the form card More options menu.
Select Use form.
The form opens in a form window inside Imploy.
Fill and submit the form
Move through the form using Previous Step and Next Step.
Required fields are enforced. If you try to continue without completing required fields you will see Required fields missing and the missing field will be highlighted.
When you reach the end, select Submit (or the custom submit text if your form uses one).
Fullscreen mode and PDF
While filling internally you can:
Select Open fullscreen if you want a larger fullscreen fill experience.
Select Download as PDF to download a PDF copy of the form with the current values.
What happens next
After submission, the response is saved as a form submission.
In submission lists, the submitter may appear as your name or email if available, otherwise it may show as Anonymous.
Troubleshooting
Use form does not work
The form likely is not live. Open the form in Form Builder, then publish it using Share and Publish live.
I cannot move to the next step
Complete the required fields first. The form will show Required fields missing and scroll you to what is missing.
I cannot submit
Check for required fields anywhere in the form. If a required field exists on a different step, the form will take you to that step and highlight it.
