Detailed Timesheet Visibility

Timesheets are more detailed with actual clock-in and clock-out times

Timesheets now include more granular data to improve accuracy and compliance.

New visibility includes:

  • Clock-in and clock-out times for each shift

  • Actual hours worked and rostered hours

  • Clear breakdown by staff, client, and date

All of this sits side by side, so you can quickly spot differences without digging through multiple screens.

This feature is designed to maintain accurate payroll, better compliance tracking, and easier validation of worked hours.

How to Access

  1. Go to Finance

  2. Click Timesheets

  3. Select Create Timesheets

  4. Choose your date range

You’ll then be taken to the timesheet dashboard, where you can view and manage shifts
