Staff are used for staff records
Incidents are used for incident records
Each object can have its own fields, settings, and record page layout.

Configuration
The Configuration tab controls the record page layout for the object.
This page includes Record page layout, where you can configure the tabs, widgets, and layout for that object’s record pages.
Select Configure Page to manage the layout.
Use this after creating a new attribute if the field needs to appear on the record page.
Note: For more detail, see Customise Profiles with Attributes.
What happens next
Changes made to an object apply to records that use that object.
For example, changes made to Clients affect client records. Changes made to Sites affect site records.
After creating a new attribute, check the Configuration tab to make sure the field has been added to the record page layout.
