To begin, please Navigate to Email Studio: In Salesforce Marketing Cloud, go to Email Studio > Email.
2. Go to Tracking Reports: Within Email Studio, find and click on "Tracking" > "Reports."
3. Select Recent Send Summary: Look for and select the "Recent Email Send Summary" report. This can be found near the bottom of the page under the "My Reports" section.
4. Configure the Report and choose the following items shown below:
Data Range: Specify the period you want to report on (e.g., a day or a month).
Exclude Single Sends: Choose to NOT exclude test sends. Please select "No."
Time Zone: Set the time zone for the output (the default is Central)
Delivery Method:
Select "Email the Report Results"
Email Details: Provide the email address(es), subject line, and any comments or annotations for the report.
Format: Choose the report format (CSV, Excel, PDF, or Word). CSV is recommended for a smaller file size without zipping.
Once you've selected the following items shown above, click "Submit."
5. Review the Report: Once the report has been submitted, you can find the report in your email and within the report status.
6. Viewing the Report in Excel: Below is a sample report that you can monitor the following data:
Email send ID (Job ID)
Campaign name
Subject line
Send initiation time
Send completion time
Total emails sent
Emails delivered
Undeliverable number
Total clicks
Unique clicks
Unsubscribes (only reflects unsubscribes tracked against the all subscribers list)
Percentage rates for opens, delivered emails, and clicks
