Collect details from Inbox Monster

  • To setup Single Sign On, Inbox Monster will give your account access to the Single Sign On settings within the Access Settings page.

  • Within Inbox Monster, navigate to Settings -> Access

  • Within the Single Sign On Settings, take note of the ACS Url and the Entity ID

Setup within you Identity Service Provider

  • Create a new SAML application within your Identity Service Provider

  • Paste the ACS Url and the Entity ID copied from above into you SAML apps settings

  • Update the attribute mappings to provide the following claims

    • given_name - required

    • family_name - required

    • email - required

  • Download the metadata file or copy the metadata URL

  • Enable your users for groups with access to the SAML Application

Complete setup within Inbox Monster

  • Navigate back to the Single Sign On settings found under Settings -> Access

  • Select from the options to either provide the metadata URL or upload a metadata file.

  • Paste in the metadata URL, or select the metadata file for upload.

  • Click the Save button

  • Confirm with Inbox Monster support team your domains/identifiers used for Single Sign On

Test SSO

  • Once enabled and domains have been configured for your Single Sign On application the integration can be tested

  • Visit the Login page and select 'Sign in with SSO'

  • Enter an email address.

  • Complete the authentication flow from your Identity Service Provider

  • You should now be successfully logged into the Inbox Monster Application.
