This article is intended for users of the Advanced Plan.
Now, we will discover how the criteria defined in the Job Scorecard will be evaluated. Which and how many interviews will be conducted? What will be their script? At which stage will each interview take place? Which Scorecard criteria will be evaluated in each of them?
To configure everything, follow these steps:
01) Select the desired job opening and click on "Interview Kit" at the top of the screen;
02) Click on "Interviews per job";
03) Choose the stage in which you wish to conduct an interview and click on "+ Add interview";
04) Choose the interview name. Example: Cultural Interview;
05) If desired, write a script for the interview.
In it, you should include all the questions that will be asked to the talent, as well as everything you need to remember to inform the talent during the interview.
At the time of the interview with the talent, when filling out the Interview Kit, this area will also be where you enter your notes for added convenience.
06) If desired, specify which Job Scorecard criteria you wish to evaluate in this interview. You can select as many as you wish by clicking on the criteria.
07) Click "Save interview kit"
Create as many Kits as needed, depending on how many interviews you wish to conduct within this selection process!
