An ambassador sign-up landing page lets people apply to join your ambassador program. Submissions are saved as ambassador profiles in Innercrowd, which you can then review and approve. This article covers the recommended settings for each step of the landing page editor when setting up an ambassador sign-up page.

Campaign Settings
Save registration as: Ambassador. This is the key setting that distinguishes an ambassador landing page from a regular contact form. Submissions will be saved as ambassador profiles and will appear in your ambassador review queue rather than being added directly to your active audience.
Tag: Optional. You can add a tag to identify which campaign or edition this application came from, for example "ambassador-tcf26" or "ambassador-ade-2026". This is useful if you run multiple ambassador programs and want to keep applications organised.
End date: Recommended. Set a closing date for your application window so people cannot apply after you have started your review process.
Form Settings
Ambassador applications typically require more information than a standard sign-up. Use this step to collect everything you need to evaluate applicants.
Recommended fields:
These are the basics needed to contact applicants and add them to your database: First name, Last name, Email, and Phone.
Ambassador specific: Date of Birth, Gender, City, Instagram handle & TikTok handle
We recommend adding the ambassador-specific fields to have a good view of who your ambassadors are, where they live, and how they are on social media. These fields can also be used in the review process.
Keep in mind that longer forms reduce conversion, so only ask for what you will actually use during your review.
Confirmation Page
Write a message that confirms the application has been received and sets clear expectations about the review process. Let applicants know when they can expect to hear back.
Example: "Thanks for applying. We'll review your application and get back to you soon."
