A landing page is where contacts can sign up for your campaigns, register for a campaign, give consent to receive your newsletter, or apply to be an ambassador. You can fully customize the appearance, form fields, and consent settings to match your campaign. This article walks you through the full process of creating a landing page in Innercrowd.

Step 1: Create a New Landing Page

Go to Innercrowd Dashboard > Landing Pages and click Create new landing page. A pop-up will appear asking you to give the landing page a name.

Note: This name is for your reference only and will not be visible to your contacts.

Click Continue to proceed to the editor.

Step 2: Campaign

In this step, you configure the basic settings for your landing page.

End date & time (Optional) Turn on this toggle to set an end date and time for your landing page. Once the end date has passed, the landing page will no longer accept new submissions and will display the Expired page instead. Leave the date field blank for no expiration.

Save registration as Choose how new sign-ups are saved in Innercrowd:

  1. Contact New sign-ups will be added as a new contact to the customer database.

  2. Ambassador New sign-ups will be added as an ambassador and will need to be reviewed before they can join your community.

Tag (Optional) Select one or more tags to automatically label everyone who signs up through this landing page. This makes it easier to filter and manage them in your database later. Click + Add a new tag to create a new tag.

Click Next: Design to continue.

Step 3: Design

In this step you can customize the appearance of your landing page. A live preview is shown on the right side of the screen. The Design step contains the following sections:

Logo & Header (Optional) Upload a logo to display at the top of your landing page. You can adjust the logo width using the slider (between 60px and 350px). You can also upload a header photo to display below the logo.

Background Upload a background image or set a background color using a hex color code. You can also enable the Transparent Background toggle to remove the background entirely.

Card Customize the appearance of the form card, including the card color, corner radius, border weight, and border color.

Input Fields (Advanced) Customize the appearance of the form input fields, including colors, corner radius, border weight, and dropdown hover color.

Button Customize the appearance of the submit button, including the button color, text color, corner radius, border weight, and border color.

Typography Choose a font for your landing page from the following options: Inter, Playfair Display + Lora, Cormorant + Lato, Montserrat, Helvetica, or Poppins. You can also upload a custom font. Set the text color using a hex color code.

Click Next: Form Settings to continue.

Step 4: Form Settings

In this step you configure the form fields that contacts will fill in when submitting the landing page.

Page text (Optional) Add an introductory text above the form using the text editor.

Form fields The following fields are included by default: First name, Last name, Email, and Phone. Each field can be expanded to customize the display name, preview text, and whether the field is required.

You can add additional fields between any two existing fields by clicking the + button. In the Select Field pop-up, choose an existing field from the dropdown or create a new one via fields > new field. You can also set a custom display name, placeholder text, and whether the field is required.

Note: If the field you need does not exist yet, you can create it under Audience > Settings > Fields. Check out this article for more information about custom fields.

Consent: The Consent block is included by default and displays a consent checkbox on the landing page. When expanded, you can configure the following:

  1. Consent label Edit the text that appears next to the consent checkbox. The default text is "By submitting this form, you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp and email."

  2. Consent types Select which consent types are linked to this consent block. By default, Email and WhatsApp are selected. You can add additional consent types, including any custom consent types you have created.

  3. Required field When enabled, contacts must tick the consent checkbox before they can submit the form.

  4. Auto accept When enabled, consent is automatically granted when the form is submitted, without requiring the contact to tick a checkbox.

You can add multiple consent blocks by clicking + Add consent, for example to collect consent for different concepts separately.

Button The Button block is always present at the bottom of the form. You can customize the button text here.

Click Next: Confirmation page to continue.

Step 5: Confirmation Page

The confirmation page is what contacts see after successfully submitting the landing page. Write a message that fits your campaign and sets the right expectations.

You can optionally add a button by clicking + Add a button. Fill in the Button text and Button URL to redirect contacts to your website or another page after submission.

Click Next: Expired page to continue.

Step 6: Expired Page

The expired page is shown to visitors who try to access the landing page after the end date has passed. This step is only relevant if you have set an end date in Step 2.

Write a message that clearly communicates that the campaign has closed. You can also add an optional button to redirect visitors to another page.

Click Save to publish your landing page.

Succes! Your landing page is now live and ready to share.

Activating and Deactivating Your Landing Page

You can activate or deactivate your landing page at any time using the Active toggle in the top right corner of the editor. When deactivated, the landing page will not be accessible to visitors.
