We've streamlined order follow-ups for "Pending" orders. Follow these steps to ensure timely order processing:
Open your Orders dashboard and click on the "Pending" tab.
Open the order you'd like to followup on, click on the vertical ellipsis on the upper right side of the page, and choose "Resend Order".
Click "Resend Order"; those sends a followup email to your supplier.
