Confirm the Correct Login URL
Before troubleshooting, confirm whether you are logging in as a buyer or a seller:
Buyer access: https://investorlift.com/marketplace/
Seller (Admin) access: https://admin.investorlift.com
Attempting to log in at the wrong URL will prevent access to your account.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
Verify Your Login Credentials
Double-check your email address and password.
Even a small typo will block successful login.
Ensure Caps Lock is not accidentally turned on.
Reset a Forgotten Password
If you can't remember your password, use the Password Reset option on the login page.
You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password.

SMS Verification Code Not Arriving
Investorlift sends login verification codes by SMS to a US, non-VoIP mobile number. If the code isn't arriving, the most common reasons are:
VoIP number (Google Voice, TextNow, MagicJack, Skype, and similar services) — VoIP cannot receive our verification SMS.
Landline — landlines don't receive SMS at all.
Non-US number — international mobile numbers are not currently supported for verification.
Carrier filter or spam block — some carriers filter short-code messages. Wait a minute, request a new code, and check that messages from short codes aren't blocked on your device.
💡 Use a US non-VoIP mobile number registered in your name for the most reliable login.

Clear Browser Cache
Stored browser data can sometimes cause errors.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
Restart the browser and try logging in again.
Update Your Browser
Ensure you're using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
Outdated browsers may cause performance and security issues.
