Confirm the Correct Login URL
Before troubleshooting, confirm whether you are logging in as a buyer or a seller:
Buyer access: https://investorlift.com/marketplace/
Seller (Admin) access: https://admin.investorlift.com
Attempting to log in at the wrong URL will prevent access to your account.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
Verify Your Login Credentials
Double-check your email address and password.
Even a small typo will block successful login.
Ensure Caps Lock is not accidentally turned on.
Reset a Forgotten Password
