SMS Verification Code Not Arriving

Investorlift sends login verification codes by SMS to a US, non-VoIP mobile number. If the code isn't arriving, the most common reasons are:

  • VoIP number (Google Voice, TextNow, MagicJack, Skype, and similar services) — VoIP cannot receive our verification SMS.

  • Landline — landlines don't receive SMS at all.

  • Non-US number — international mobile numbers are not currently supported for verification.

  • Carrier filter or spam block — some carriers filter short-code messages. Wait a minute, request a new code, and check that messages from short codes aren't blocked on your device.

💡 Use a US non-VoIP mobile number registered in your name for the most reliable login.

Clear Browser Cache

Stored browser data can sometimes cause errors.

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

  • Restart the browser and try logging in again.

  • Ensure you're using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

  • Outdated browsers may cause performance and security issues.
