The Overview tab is the first page of the Payroll Management section. Here, you can review your current payroll settings and the specific payment criteria applied to each worker.
1. Payroll Settings (Left Side)
On the left side of the screen, you can see the active payroll management criteria.
To modify these rules, navigate to the Payroll Settings page.
2. Worker Payroll Summary (Center)
The center of the screen displays a summary for each worker, including:
Total Pay
Base Pay
Overtime Pay
Tip: To view a specific worker's detailed breakdown, simply click on the row containing that worker’s name.
3. Detailed Worker Breakdown
In the detailed view, you can access the following information:
Payroll History: A record of previous payments made to the worker.
Overtime Details: Weekly overtime limits and the resulting pay calculations.
Daily Breakdown: A day-by-day calculation of the worker's earnings.
4. Correcting Working Hours
If you find an error in the recorded working hours, you can correct it immediately:
In the Daily Details view, locate the date that needs an adjustment.
Click the Edit button on the far right of that row.
A popup will appear, allowing you to modify the clock-in and clock-out times, which are used to calculate the worker's pay.
