How to Check the Bi-Weekly Payroll Overview

The Overview screen shows real-time payroll costs and per-worker pay status for the current bi-weekly calculation period.

Checking the Summary

The Summary panel shows the overall status of the current calculation period.

  • Frequency: The currently configured payment frequency (Bi-Weekly)

  • Payday: The configured payday of the week

  • Current Period: The current bi-weekly calculation period (e.g., 2026.04.13 – 2026.04.26)

  • Total Cost: The total payroll cost for the current period

  • Base Cost, Overtime Cost, and Weekly Overtime Cost amounts per category

  • Payees: The number of workers receiving pay in this period

  • Average Cost Per Worker

Checking the Worker Cost List

The Worker Cost List on the right shows each worker's Total Cost, Base Cost, and Overtime Cost, along with the corresponding hours for each category. Click on a specific worker to navigate to that worker's detailed payroll breakdown.

Checking a Worker's Detailed Payroll

Selecting a worker displays the following information:

  • Weekly Overtime: Shows the overtime status within the bi-weekly period.

  • Daily Pay Details: View a day-by-day payroll breakdown. Click on a date to expand it and see clock-in/out times, total working hours, Base Cost (hours × hourly rate), and overtime details.

The data on the Overview screen reflects real-time information for the current calculation period. To review completed prior periods, go to History.
