In the Payroll History section, you can track the payment date, the pay calculation period, and the total amount paid, all organized according to your set payment cycle.
1. Viewing Records by Date
A payment record is generated for each payout date. Simply click on a specific date to view a list of workers included in that payout and their respective payment summaries.
2. Detailed Worker Breakdown
By clicking on an individual worker's row, you can access their Detailed Payroll Information, which includes:
Payment History: A summary of the worker's previous payouts.
Overtime Pay Calculation: Weekly overtime limits and how the extra pay was calculated.
Daily Breakdown: A day-by-day record of the worker’s earnings.
3. Correcting Working Hours
If you notice an error in the hours used for pay calculation, you can correct them immediately from this screen:
In the Daily Breakdown view, find the row for the date you want to adjust.
Click the Edit button on the far right of that row.
A popup will appear, allowing you to modify the clock-in and clock-out times, which are the basis for the worker's pay calculation.
