Rating completed work is how you keep quality under control. When a worker finishes a farm activity, you decide whether it met your standard.
Install the manager app
Search for "ation for manager" in Google Play or the App Store.
Sign in with the same manager ID you use for the web.
Open the evaluation screen
In the manager app, tap Ratings in the bottom menu.
The screen shows line work from the last 3 days. Anything not rated yet appears at the bottom.
Rate on site
Work has to be judged by looking at the result in the greenhouse, not from a desk.
Go to the line you want to rate and scan the QR code posted there.
The app shows the work done on that line that has not been rated yet. Tap a task to rate it.
Pass or fail
Choose Pass if the work meets your farm's own standard, or Fail if it falls short.
When you choose Fail, you can select or type a reason and attach photos as evidence.
After you rate
The worker receives a push notification and can see the result in their own app.
You can review all results on the Ation manager web.
