To track worker attendance, farm managers must obtain check-in/check-out QR codes and place them within the farm.
These QR codes are provided by your sales representative during the initial setup of the system.
QR codes are issued specifically for each farm and each greenhouse.
If you require additional QR codes, please contact your sales representative for further assistance.
Switching to Button-Based Check-In
Depending on the farm's preference, you may choose to use a button-based system instead of QR codes. Farm managers can manually change this in the settings.
How to Change Settings:
Go to Settings > General - Commute Settings and click the 'Edit' button.
Change the setting to 'Disabled (Manual Start)' and click the [Save] button.
How to Check In/Out via Button
Once the setting is changed, workers can check in using the buttons as follows (the process is the same for checking out):
Click the Check-in button.
Select the farm you wish to check into and click the Check-in button again.
Note: If there is only one farm registered, the farm selection screen will be skipped.
