Using QR Codes for Checking In and Out
To track attendance in ation, you must use check-in/check-out QR codes issued for each greenhouse. Workers are required to scan these codes every time they enter or exit a greenhouse.
In other words, to move between greenhouses, you must first scan the QR code in your current greenhouse to check out, and then scan the QR code in the next greenhouse to check in.
Integrated Use of Check-in/Check-out QR Codes
Depending on the situation at your farm, you can simplify this procedure by integrating the check-in/check-out QR codes. This allows you to skip the entry/exit scanning process when moving between greenhouses.
Requirement: To integrate QR codes and skip the entry/exit scans, a guaranteed and stable online environment is required for all greenhouses.
Consultation: This option can be reviewed and applied after consulting with your sales representative.
Worker Workflow with Integrated QR Codes
If the greenhouse-specific entry/exit process is skipped through QR integration, workers will follow these steps:
Check-in: Scan the QR code at the initial starting location.
Move & Work: Move between greenhouses and perform farm tasks (simply scan work-specific QR codes when starting tasks).
Check-out: Scan the QR code at the final location before leaving.
