Ation's accounts and data are managed through a 5-tier hierarchical structure: Customer → Site → Greenhouse → Compartment → Gutter. This document explains the definition, creation criteria, and QR code usage for each tier.

Detailed Description by Level
1. Customer
A non-physical customer contract unit.
Classified based on Business Registration Number.
Account limits are granted at the Customer level, which sub-sites share. (e.g., Account limit of 20 → Site A uses 15 + Site B uses 5 = Limit fully reached).
2. Site
Refers to a physical farm location with a distinct address.
A single Customer can have multiple Sites; at least one Site per Customer is required.
Geographically adjacent facilities are treated as a single Site, even if there are multiple greenhouse blocks. (e.g., Jangsu Farmer Greenhouses 1, 2, and 3 → 1 Site).
Attendance (clock-in/clock-out) is managed via QR codes, making Site-level QR codes mandatory.
3. Greenhouse
An operational/work unit managed individually.
Single-span structures are typically classified as individual greenhouses, but multiple blocks can also be grouped and managed as a single unit.
A Site can contain multiple Greenhouses; at least one Greenhouse per Site is required.
Separate from attendance QR codes, optional QR codes can be generated if individual entry/exit control for specific greenhouses is needed.
4. Compartment
A management zone arbitrarily defined by the user.
It may or may not align with irrigation zones.
At least one Compartment per Greenhouse is required.
QR codes are not generated for this tier.
5. Gutter
A unit defined by individual gutters where growth substrates are installed.
Creation is optional and used when task logging needs to be tracked at the gutter level.
If gutter-level task logging is required, QR codes can be generated and utilized.
