Overview of SSO
You can make it easier for your learners to access their study by configuring Single Sign On (SSO) through an Identity Provider (IdP) and connecting iQualify to your customer, learner and staff directories.
For example, if your organisation uses Office 365, people can login via Office 365, removing the need for them to have a separate iQualify login.

How SSO improves security
Your organisation may have enabled SSO to improve their cyber security - the fewer times you have to log in, the less chance there is of having your password hacked. Having SSO also reduces the need for password assistance due to password fatigue, and can improve your learning experience by reducing the amount of time you spend logging into your learning environment.
What SSO allows
When you integrate SSO for iQualify with an IdP, you can:
Manage who has access to iQualify through the IdP.
Allow your learners to sign in automatically to iQualify through SSO with their accounts through the IdP.
Manage your accounts in one central location.
How to enable SSO
Get in touch with us before you begin and we can enable SSO for your environment (you must be an account owner).
Then, follow the instructions under SSO Configurations for your particular IdP.
Note: You will need a relevant subscription with the IdP that you’re using, i.e. Azure AD, OneLogin or Salesforce.
